Jeanelle
Property Manager
Jeanelle has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 10 years. Jeanelle has been with PARK 216 from Day 1 and she is thrilled to see the community continuously grow. Jeanelle has a blast mingling with our residents during our Resident Appreciation Events and loves seeing new friendships being made. She is a plant whisperer, loves to cook on the grill, likes hip-hop, reggae, or anything to keep her pumped up and motivated. Summer is her favorite time of the year.
Krystina
Assistant Property Manager
Krystina joined Pembroke Realty Group in 2025 and has over six years of experience in managing commercial and residential properties. She is skilled in building positive relationships with residents and vendors, ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate records. When she isn't working, Krystina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and taking road trips to new places.
Jin
Leasing Specialist
Jin joined Pembroke Realty Group in 2025. She is passionate about forming lasting connections with Era residents and going above and beyond to support them, no matter their needs. Jin is a world traveler at heart and has visited 11 countries across four continents - including the Philippines, where she was born, and South Korea, where she grew up.
Steven
Senior Property Manager
Steven has been with Pembroke Realty Group for over 5 years and brings more than 7 years of experience in property management. He is passionate about creating communities that residents are proud to call home and is known for his commitment to service, strong work ethic, and ability to foster a positive living environment. Outside of work, Steven enjoys traveling and makes it a priority to take several trips each year. He loves discovering new places, exploring different cultures, and is always open to travel tips and recommendations. In his downtime, he values quality time with friends and family and enjoys trying out new restaurants.
Shonna
Sr Regional Property Manager
Shonna has been in Property Management for 23 years. She loves providing excellent service. She can often be found walking the communities checking on everything and talking with residents. On her time off, Shonna loves reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
